• items needed for breakfast and snack preparation, including microwave, refrigerator, coffee-maker, toaster, serving utensils, dishes, and flatware;
 
• breakfast provisions: coffee, teas, milk, juice, cereals, yogurts, breads, butter, jams, etc;
 
• the essentials: bath towels and bed linens, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board;
 
• free local calls and free wireless internet; and
 
• an assortment of board games, books, and magazines.  

On-site activities include wildlife sightings, bird-watching, nature walks, clothing-optional sunbathing, and just relaxing.
