Open May 1 thru December 31 annually. Foliage Season begins Friday, September 18, 2009 and ends Sunday, October 18, 2009. A 2-night minimum stay is required for weekend stays during foliage season. Regular Rate is $99.00 per night for 1 person and $115.00 per night for 2 persons. Foliage Season Rate is $120.00 per night for 1 person and $135.00 per night for 2 persons. Rates do not include 9% Vermont Room Tax. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons.
Reservations: To check availability and to reserve online please click the box below. Reservation Policies No deposit is required to reserve the guest suite, but a credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and cash. Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. When reserving, we ask that you provide us with an anticipated arrival time. We ask that changes to your anticipated arrival time be communicated to us in advance. Check-ins before 2:00 pm or after 8:00 pm are allowed but must be pre-arranged. Checkout is at 11:00 am. The guest suite is non-smoking. Pets are not permitted in the guest suite. Questions may be directed to

Cancellation Policy Cancellations may be made without a penalty provided that you inform us of your cancellation at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in a charge to your credit card equal to the cost of one night's stay, including tax.
